SUMMER MADNESS
by klur ©1997

red hot
yellow orange
sun
seeps into
your pores
drawing sweat
tingling flesh
longs for
excitement
moving minds
screaming listen
to me
rap, laugh, sing
running
to the moon
with you
by my side
knowing
we are each
other different
selves
loving warmth
feeling rain
there is so
much we want
to do before
it's over
come
with me now
let's be
together
mad with
summer sun.

DISTANT LOVER
by klur © 2001

Like a beacon in the night
I shine to you. Feel me
throught the jungle of faces
empty promises; fiending desires.
Hear my inner voice calling
I love you in the wind of your mind;
with the echo of my waves
reverberating in the chambers
of your heart; splashing you
with tickles that make you
skirm sighs of I love you too.
We embrace in our longing
to consumate this feeling
with words that translate
into touches; soothing, exciting,
comforting each breath that we're together;
holding us warmly when we're apart.

YEARNING
(originally entitled DESIRE)
by klur © 2001

I want to bathe you in my love
flowing through you slow and steady
like a slice of apple dipped in honey,
soaking into every pore
exchanging breaths like heart beats.

I want to bathe in you
feel you run through my fingers
embracing my body in your warmth,
splashing you all over me.

Seeing, if only for the moment
the world through each other's eyes.
Like a flower that needs light to grow
we will send our perfume through the air
and brilliance into a darkened world.
